Do you like the picture?  It shows the surgeon performing a total knee replacement. What impression it makes on you? Does it express the excitement and concentration of the surgeon right?  Who is it behind the mask? He or she? In the background has the artist painted the environment on the "old"  not so sterile operation room in the 1970 - 1980's as a contrast to the high sterile environment on today's operation rooms.
